It is expressly understood that all participants in the Plantation Boat Mart Event enter at their own risk and that the Plantation Boat Mart Event, Plantation Boat Mart, Hydra-Sports Boats, and all persons connected directly and indirectly with the operation of the tournament shall be exempt from liability for slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury or death suffered by any participant, entrant, boat captain, mates, crew members, guests, vessels, and equipment which may occur during the tournament.
